What we’re looking for
Experience working with clients in a B2B environment (e.g. CSM, consultant, support, project manager)
Ability to understand the client’s business and goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A firm but customer-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Fluent Finnish (written and oral)
Previous experience with SaaS solutions is an advantage, but not mandatory.
